Payments must be completed before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are subject to the scope of work and project milestones.

Custom software and digital solutions developed by CodePaws remain the property of CodePaws unless specified otherwise in a separate contract.

6. Service Limitations & Liabilities

We are not responsible for damages arising from service misuse, cyberattacks, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Data Security & Compliance

8. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We commit to **99.9% uptime** for cloud-based and SaaS services, excluding scheduled maintenance.

9. Data Retention & Storage

Clients may request data deletion in compliance with **GDPR & ISO 27001**.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service contract with written notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
